Modify existing Javascript to wipe out a current feature

I have a display screen that's currently live and shows live flight times with overlays of adverts loaded from a database. These adverts fade in, display for x seconds, then fade out. This all currently works as it should. But I'm now wanting it to remove the main screen (flight times) completely and ONLY show the adverts. I also need the adverts cross-fading between each other (which it currently doesn't do). I'm looking for a quote for this. You will need to be highly proficient in Javascript as that's what the whole process is written in. As long as that is the case, then I honestly can't see the job being too difficult.
