Magento UK VAT / TAX Rules

We require someone with a good knowledge of UK VAT / Tax rules for setting up some Magento VAT / Tax classes. We have purchased the plugin ([login to view URL]) and would like it installing so our client can have the correct VAT calculations. Currently, their Magento website (1.9.2.2) doesn't calculate VAT correct for orders outside of UK, for some reason a. it doesn't charge VAT (which it should do if they don't provide a valid VAT number) b. The VAT amount is completly wrong (see screenshot). However orders within the UK seem to be calculated just fine. We hope the extension we have purchased will help set this up correctly, we just need it configuring and installing. The way UK VAT works is that 1. VAT charged at 20% on all orders within the UK 2. Outside of the UK (but in Europe) VAT shouldn't be charged if the user provides a valid VAT number 3. Outside of the UK (but in Europe) VAT SHOULD be charged if they don't provide a valid VAT number 4. VAT shouldn't be charged to customers outside of EU Any questions please ask.
