Hi. I am looking for someone who already has a project like that or knows how to do it. Create an IPTV PANEL ( Similar to xtream codes but more intuitive ) and APPS for android (Mobile and TV BOX ) that channels could work like a torrent service. I mean, once you're watching a channel you're seeding the video to other clients. So the clients will not have difficult with high latency and freeze issues.
