Image Upload with PHP, Ajax, Curl & jQuery with Cross-site file uploads

PLEASE READ DETAILS BEFORE BIDDING, NO TIME WASTERS. EXPERIENCED BIDDERS ONLY FOR THIS PROJECT. Please note: I have posted this project 4 times now, all bidders did not understand the project before bidding and just kept the initial milestone for no work. I will happily set up milestones, but they will be event milestones for certain points. I will NOT release an "initial milestone" before work has commenced. I have a crew on rockstar social club that I am the crew leader of. [login to view URL] This crew is set to OPEN, which leaves permissions on this page to OPEN. The goal, is to REPLACE the image/emblem at the top left of the page. It has to be replaced from an EXTERNAL server/website.. This script will be uploaded to my website [login to view URL] so for example, I would goto htt://[login to view URL] It would have upload part, where I upload an image to the [login to view URL] server. Before uploading to server, it would have to verify the image is JPG or PNG, that it is not over 1mb in filesize and that the dimensions are no larger than 512 x 512. Once it verifies these properties it will either give an error code, or if everything is right upload to the [login to view URL] gallery.. From there it will load a new page showing the image, and underneath the image it will have a text field for the crew link.. in this example as mentioned above I would be entering: [login to view URL] From here the script would verify that the crew is set to OPEN.. If the crew is not set to open it will come up with an error stating it is not open. If the crew is set to open, the script will detect the current crew emblem. One the next screen it will show on one side the new emblem, on the other side the old emblem and ask to confirm to upload and overwrite the current emblem with the new one with with a confirm/submit button... Once confirmed, it will then upload the emblem from the [login to view URL] emblem gallery to the social club crew [login to view URL] Please keep in mind this script is to be made so that I can input a different crew every time. I have just made the listed crew as an example, and so that you can see how the crews work.. You must understand that we do not have CPANEL or ADMIN access to the social club website, but we are registered members and when as a registered member the crew leader sets the crew to OPEN, instead of INVITE ONLY... this sets the PERMISSIONS to OPEN so that the Emblem/Image can be overwritten from a third party website.. Please do not bid if you do not understand this, or what needs to be done to make this work.
