In need of someone to properly create a VM instance on Google Cloud Platform with CPANEL installed for file management and ability to upload files via Filezilla. Currently, I have created a VM instance with Debian 9 and my understanding is that CPANEL is not compatible with this OS. All of the website files are uploaded to this instance and MYSQL is connected as well. These files and Mysql would need to be transferred to the new VM Instance on Google Cloud Compute Engine. Also, the domain name for the website would need to be properly implemented.
