It's not usual to use PHP for this kind of software, and other language like for example Java could be better for memory stick usage. For PHP this requirement doesn't add up to overall project specification, but on the other hand if all the computers are online, it would be better to simply use web app without memory stick. Hello, I can write this kind of FTP client software using technology that allows to build native desktop apps on all modern operating systems and don't require them to be installed so they can be run from memory sticks etc. It will contain a very simple login form that would automatically connect user to FTP server with the same credentials and specified IP in config files that could be changed only by an Admin. After logging-in users could choose files from preconfigured local directory and upload them directly onto the server. They could also download files as software would automatically list available files on remote server. There would not be many buttons to not confuse users and whole app would focus on 2 lists of files, for remote server and local directory. That's how I imagine this kind of application, my timezone is GMT+1 and I am available most of the day. I am ready to start working, and I could create this software on a course of 3 days.
