Front End and Backend Developer All from Scratch (uregent)

I am looking for a php develeper who is very good in coding , and laravel and codeighter , We are a truck agency, at the moment our website is [login to view URL] , auto trader are the once that build and host this site for us, so they have a portal they provide us and we do all the listing on their , when we do the listing on the portal, it automatically come up on our website, This is all great but as you can see our website isn’t not nice or great , so we decided that we want our own portal and new website , where we will put our truck listen got our own portal and it goes live to our website. But one thing we want is , the portal of auto trader , its perfect portal , its easy to use , responsive , and we are use to using it. I have got all the screenshots which will be attached here of how the portal is and the section of each, So we looking for someone very very good to developer extractly the same portal , design and functionality, if not identical but very very close. This is for the back end side , so the front end , the good news is we have design everything on psd for the developer so it make their life easy. We have work with many developers and paid and they never deliver what we want . So we are willing to spend but we are not just willing to pay straight until we see that they are doing the right thing, we don’t want to waste money and time again. I will be available 24/7 to help the developer in guiding them on how we want it . So first what we want is , the developer and I have a live chat where they can have access to my pc screen and can also speak on the phone , so I will explain to them each step , I will open auto trader, for them explain everything and how we want it . So then they have to design or do a mockup on how exactly the backend portal will look like , this will make us understand that they have understand our needs and also have a good solution on doing all the work without coming to us and say this is an issue I can’t fix it etc. I will provide all the frontend design and psd files. this is to make your life easy , more important thing is the backend . it needs to be perfect i need you to build a module that i will provide you all the documentations , this is for exporting our portal to our auto trader portal. So we don’t have a very massive budget , but we will pay according to if the developer is very good and the mockups they did are exactly what we want. For time scale, we want this all done with the testing within 6 week MAX. Please don’t bid if you really don’t get or understand much . I only need advance developers and also this project urgent so I don’t want people that don’t reply early on time or take too long to solve issues or do work. please only propose when you are good in backend dev and front end and not going to use any form of wordpress or other platfoms. time is limite so i will be working with you to help you achieve eveything and i will help with the design work as i have a designer already who is very good and will design most of the designs for you so you can crack on with the dev. if you proposing a budget , make sure you back it up , make sure you can produce a full mock up of the backend to show me , otherwise i can award you this project, i have paid so much money to people pretending they can do it and they doing totally something diffrent , i am willing to speak to you over team viewer explain to you and show you exactly how it should work.
