Fix My Website's Automatic Emails from Going to Spam

Hello, We used a program called [login to view URL] to make automatic emails when an action is done our website. Now, we use a gsuite account linked to our domain 'example@[login to view URL]' where the emails are sent from. Unfortunately, all of the emails go directly to spam. What can we do so that our customers and members of our site get the emails directly to their inbox? We need you to fix this and give us everything that we need for it. Are there exact spf .txt records that we have to enter on our domain host site? Is there something wrong with the format of the emails? Do we need something in the development side of the site? Whatever you can do to ensure that the emails do not go to the customers spam.
