Find database with REST API and integrate with my javascript based andriod app.

My budget is $30. (1) You need to find a database which publishes its CRUD operations through REST APIs. You can lookup Amazon AWS or Google app engine for hint. Once identified, create the databse and tables. I have the schema which I will provide to you. (research work) (2) Establish connection between my andriod app written in Cordova using javascript and the databse REST api so that I can fetch the data from database and show it in my app. I guess you will have to use php to make connection and fetch the data. You just need to write the code to setup the connection and one sample query to fetch the data and show in my App UI is sufficient.
