Experienced Magento developer to transfer from Magento to Magento 2

Our current website is highly customised and we are in need of a certified Magento2 developer who can rebuild the website from scratch and transfer the database from Magento 1 to 2. Both front-end and back-end development will be required. We require someone at an expert level. You will be working directly with an in-house Magento/PHP developer managing the project. Hence an in-depth knowledge of Magento would be mandatory. Freshers in Magento should not apply as that would be wasting time. Experience is Magento with proper certification would be a plus.
