Excel Script / Program to Audit, Compare CSV files

I need an Excel program that will compare two CSV files and return the results. Our bank receives about 150 checks per day. The bank captures all the information on the checks (the check #, the check amount, the remittance information) and supplies us with a CSV of that data. We then take that CSV and upload it to our accounting system. The accounting system automatically receives and applies the checks that it is able to match based on the CSV. On every import, there are some failures / exceptions, for various reasons. We would like to create an Excel tool that will take the Bank CSV and the Accounting system CSV and compare the two and display a sheet that shows the exceptions. If you're awarded the project I will provide the real CSVs described for development and testing.
