Develop a wordpress website -- 2

Hi, My name is Arpit Pandey and I am looking to hire a person who can build a website for my startup. I already have web hosting and domain setup. The website is going to be on WordPress. Description of Project : 0: Website will have Home, About, Portfolio, Blog, services, shop & Contact us. 1: Overall design and feel of the website should be Simple, elegant yet attractive. 2: Should be responsive to fit all screen aspect ratio. From normal screens to ultra-wide Screens. 3: Home Page will have Facebook, Instagram, Twitter Live feed widgets in them. They should automatically get's sync with the latest updates on social Media. 4: Portfolio Gallery will be a full page fit Gallery which will be categorized into 3 to 4 panels. 5: Shop page will have a signup features for customers to register their ID so they can receive products directly from their registered emails, and people who are registered and opt to subscribe to receive updates on the future product will be getting email on the upload of each new product. Mode of payment for the product will be PayPal and other Indian banks, net banking and debit, credit cards. 6: The website will have a Blog section in which people who are already registered can leave a comment, however, the guest audience also can like, comment and share using their social media accounts such as FB or google. 7: The website scroll and page navigation should be smooth and not be jagged.
