Dating Page Design & API Co-registration Coding

I need a main page design for a dating website (just one page). I need this converted to responsive HTML. The design will be like of one the designs I have attached. I am not sure which one yet I have not decided. Some possible differences in the design you make will be: The images of the people A bigger login now button A button that links to a blog Some message about receiving emails from me. More form fields ——————————————————————————————————————————————————————— I need the form on this site to send data to my aweber account when it is submitted. I also want to POST that data to specific URL in the background when the registration form is submitted. This it is also called Co-reg api. I also want to customize the place people are redirected to after the form is submitted. The objective is to send registrations to this dating company I want to promote, but also collect emails for my own use. I have instructions for setting up the Co-reg api. Looking for someone with previous experience that has some examples to show or someone that can explain the job so that I understand they are capable.
