Database issue after Joomla 3.5 upgrade related to collations -- 2

Hi, please provide me FTP details and I can look into the issue now. I think I know the issue but have to look into it.

It's a database collation related issue, I should be able to fix it. Will need cPanel access to work on it. Let me know if you're interested.
