By varying the level of Reed-Solomon error correction, it is possible to encode QR code of different shapes. The exact shape possible will become only only after some experimentation. I've found a way for obtaining a custom QR code for any text data with 'C' shape embedded in it. Is it this that is required. If so, it can be done in few hours. Clarify if I'm wrong.

Lmk: I can do it! 1- I can generate a logo on it if you want. 2- I need more details about the lenght and charset of the message of QR. 3- do you want a program to do that for any message or just the QR picture (cost may change) I can do a lot with QR customization.
