Create a Wordpress Template for my existing blog

Here's my existing blog: [login to view URL] Following are the items that need to be done: 1. Currently I have the default/standard template that comes with Wordpress. You will put in a template that is good looking and easy to navigate. I prefer a free template available online but won't mind paying a few bucks. 2. The contact us form is broken. I'm not receiving any emails. So that needs to be fixed. 3. The major work that needs to be done is on the Credit Cards page. Currently since the blog isn't properly set-up and there's no traffic, I haven't got many affiliate links from banks yet. So right now we will just put the normal credit card application links on the blog. However, as I would keep getting approved for affiliate links, I will keep putting the links in place of the current links. What you need to do is to create the page/format. As far as the format of this page is concerned, I'm pretty open to it but I personally like the following: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] 4. For the template, I personally like Million Miles Secrets: [login to view URL] However (obviously) I'm not going to exactly copy it, but this would give you an idea about what kind of template I'm looking for. I also like the Must Read Posts and Recent Posts sections on the right side of this blog: [login to view URL] I like the Hot Deals section on the right of this blog: [login to view URL] Maybe I could call mine "Best Credit Card Deals". One other example of a blog on this topic is below: [login to view URL] 5. I was approved for the Google Adwords account, Amazon Associate account and Walmart affiliate account. Even though I tried putting in the Google Adwords banner, for some reason I'm not able to see it on the blog. That needs to be fixed. Further, the Amazon and Walmart banners need to be placed either on the left or right side of the blog. Also on the right or left side needs to be placed the email subscriptions box, About Me, Social Media, Ads, Navigation (categories like Million Mile Secrets). Please note that this is not a strict criteria and I'm flexible to it. You can add or delete items. 6. A logo/banner needs to be created for the blog (Million Dollar Stash). It should be cool, pretty and somehow reflect the topic/goal of the blog i.e. personal finance. 7. You will need to guide me with regards to how to place ads (such as Credit Score websites, Starbuck referrals etc.) in the future. Please feel free to let me know should you have any questions.
