Create a website to manage gym, manage programs, courses, attendance, billing, parents, members

This website is for internal use of the company not for the customers. Website could be created in any programming language and may be based on open source software. When bidding please specify what approach you will take in building this website (language etc, which software etc). We have gym programs for children and adults alike, so for children we always bill the parent and for adults are billed themselves. Parents can have one or more children enrolled. We have 2 programs for this document we will call one FRIENDS and the other we’ll call STARS. Each programs billing should be separate from each other. Possibility to add service charge to parent for a course and override default price to apply discounts. For each parent should have detailed info on their balances displayed, balance for each program and total balance (both programs combined) and possibility to view billing details. Print out invoices / receipts separately per group. Add payments towards each program. Courses / Services / Programs Types of Courses/Programs - Each program has a separate calendar. • STARS Has many courses where each course occurs once a week for a limited number of weeks (so add a field for number of courses) add field to specify which day and time of the week it will occur, course minutes length, a start date and end date, automatically mark the calendar with each course and allow changing date and time. (Billing is for entire program instead of per individual course). • FRIENDS is a weeklong program, and should be associated with a school (Each program has a school associated with it)), when creating a course select the week it will occur and amount of hours per day, add field for start date and end date, automatically mark the calendar with each course. (Billing is per week). Each individual course can have a secretary and instructor. Students Each student can belong to one or more courses. Secretary / Instructor / Service provider Keep track of hours per service provider and balance based on price per hour. Permissions Admin can set permissions on each group or both and if allowed to view billing info. Others Should be able to create update and delete all records, see all outstanding balances at a glance print out all batch invoices and receipts.
