I would like to have this page copied: [login to view URL] I would also like to have the questionnaire pages copied that you see when you click the "Get My Quote" button. The questionnaire should function just like this one where you answer the question and then the next questions is asked. The final page after the user clicks "View My Quote" on the last page should just say "Thank you. You will be contacted shortly by one of our representatives. We want to be able to configure the questions on the questionnaire and create multiple questionnaires. Answered questionnaires should be stored so they can be viewed later by an admin. Please make sure all pages are responsive so they work on mobile and desktop. We would like to have this built in wordpress. Thank you.
