Copy Protection Software + Online Activate Licensing

I have a few software that need a simple copy protection. The protection don't have to be crack proof just a simple protection to prevent user from copying to another PC without activating it I only have the exe file I do not have the source code 1) Recompile the exe with a protection. (it must not be detected as a virus by antivirus program if not it will be failed project) 2) Protection is based on just a license key that goes online to validate it, if it is valid it will unlock the software and never ask for a license key again. if it is copy to a new PC the software will ask for license key 3) All activation is done online Online module 1) Keep track of license key and activation a license key can be used 10 or 20 times (variable figure that I can set) if the license key has been activated xx time and it drop to 0 this license key will not be able to validate again 2) Mass generation of license key for that particular software (1000 license key and able to keep adding new license key to it) 3) Ability to view report of which license key has been activated and how many times. Also ability to modified the license key so if a particular license key reach 0 I can go in and set it to 20 and it has 20 activation again 4) Upload new license key as when the 1000 license key is used up new license key will be added I have a few software and the software list is growing I am open to running it on a web server with MySQL or I can run it on a VPS (some windows apps that run on the VPS to do the validation) whichever is easier Again the protection just a simple one don't need to complicate the cracking process
