cms modifications #2

Hi, For my own website I would need a php coder to modify my existing cms system. At this moment I the cms allows me to upload new sites to the portfolio section. I would like this to be modified by adding a drop down box so it allows me to upload new content for the page that will display other jobs that have been done like graphic design ( logo, headers, illustrations , brochures , advertisements , flash items) So in order to clarify this a bit : By selecting an item from the drop down menu the files that will be uploaded and the content that will be put in a text box should be displayed on the site according to the present design. At the portfolio page ( [login to view URL] ), when the user clicks on the thumbnail the url will be opened in a new page. For the additional pages the thumbs should be opened in a pop-up screen. So what i think that needs to be done is a drop down menu added to the present cms to control the several pages of the site for displaying the graphics part of the portfolio. And to create new tables for the database. The drop down menu should have the next options : * websites * logos * headers * illustrations * brochures * advertisements * flash graphics Next to that I need to have the ability to be able to send newsletters to registrated users. The newsletter should be template based ( I will supply all the graphics needed for this part. ) I also need to be able to send invoices by the cms system. This would require some additional changes to be made also on the front side of the site as users need to be able to login to a client side of the website. users should not be able to register them self as i will do that. The cms system should be modified so i can add the next fields: * username * personal data like name , adress phone number email etcetera etcetera * project id * project description * expected delivery date * total cost * partial payment The system should be able to create a password and a invoice number which should be generated randomly, allthough each generated invoicenumber should be unique. The invoice that should be generated by the system should be in pdf format and should contain the customers data and the invoice number , project id and vat ( 19% ) The user should be able to check his details once he is logged in and change them. The changes should be accepted by me before the new data is displayed. The user should be able to see if there are new invoices and check his balance. He should be ablke to download the invoices for his project(s) and be able to pay them online by paypal and the dutch payment system calles ideal ( this will be explained later on to the chosen coder) Kind Regards.
