Build a Website in PHP

I can build a simple page with a PHP form that will take the required information from the user (name, telephone, address, email, etc...) and take file uploads and send them to a pre-defined email address (your email) with the files as attachments. I have a few questions thought regarding the task: - Do you want the uploaded files and information also saved on your server ? - Do you have an email service that the PHP script can use to send the emails ? This is not mandatory, but it is more secure and reliable. Also, it would prevent the emails from being marked as Spam. If you don't, I would suggest we create a free email (from Gmail for example) and use it in the code. This seems to be a simple task, so it shouldn't take much time. A couple of days would be great!
