- It will be a global website. Users who want to post their content (picture or video) have to signup and provide the details (the fields to be provided by me). It should be validated both by phone number and email address. - The backend database should capture all the details for the admin to have access anytime. The admin can download to Excel for his her analysis on site. - The admin should automatically be informed as soon as a person posts his/her content so that he can make a decision on the approval of the posting. The database should automatically be updated as new posts were added ONLY AFTER THE ADMIN approves the posting. However, the person who posts the ad can see a preview of his/her ad before it goes to the admin for approval. The approval decision is typically done within 24-48 hours. - The owner/admin of the site has the right to remove any content if they do not meet the guidelines and notify to the person who posted the content. The person should be immediately notified as soon as the approval is done (or not done). - The admin should be able to download the global email addresses of the registrants from the database and send emails when any communication is to be made to the site users. - At this stage (perhaps up to 6 months) no fee will be charged to users, but after 6 months a segment of all users have to make payment on the site when they look for info. It will be a global payment gateway.
