build adult website

We are looking for someone to built and design a website for us. The person will most likely need to do updates on the website. The website can be built in any language, which ever will work best for what we want. Please note this is an adult entertainment related project. We want to create a website that utilises reverse image searches. Taking reference from [login to view URL] The user should upload a picture, or screenshot and the website should do three things. 1. take the image and automatically upload and reverse image search it on google images, 2. take the image and automatically upload and reverse image it on bing, 3. take the image and automatically upload it to [login to view URL] There will be a results page, For each of these three uploads there should be at least one link copied from google, bing and a link to the results found on the [login to view URL] page. We are looking for someone who can try different methods to implement this to give the users the best results possible. If you know a way of reverse image searching specific websites that would be a great addition to the website. We also need someone who can follow and replicate our designs for the website. If you know how to implement Ads thats also a bonus. Budget is 80 dollars+tip for good delivered work.
