add my logo as a email heading in the theme code

Hello I have a theme on my WordPress site that sends out emails, however, I want to add my logo on the email header and I want the logo to come up on the icon of gmails. This must be done in the code of the theme so I need someone very comfortable with coding. Its a minor job so i am only paying £10 for this and i need it done in the next 30 minutes. I will send the logo on chat!
