Hi, I am Opencart expert. There will be two possible solution to fix this error. First will be to increase some php settings on your server. So your hosting must allow that. Second will be to modify the import module to reduce the execution time. So we will have to apply both solutions to make it work. Give me your website link and details of which module you are using for import and sample data feed. Harsh

this is probably a PHP settings issue . if so, this means you have to have control over the server so we can change those settings.
