Customize Wordpress Plugin or Create New One

I need a freelancer to edit a plugin for me or create a new one. The plugin I have is installed in a wordpress based website. The plugin is called Mp3 to Posts. link below: [login to view URL] Basically what the plugin does is, it scans a specific folder from the server for Mp3 files. Once it finds the file it automatically create the posts from the MP3 ID3 information. The posts use the ID3 title and comments information to create the title and post content. Now here's What I need. I need someone to make this plugin to be more detailed. The way this plugin creates posts is too plain. I want it to extract more ID3 tags from the Mp3 files. Must Extract the ID3 tags along with the file image (album cover). Attached to this project is an image of how I want the posts to look like. It must also have a player below the file information. like in the picture. You can either create a new plugin from scratch or work on the one I already have installed.
