Create simple rss reader to populate table

I am looking for a very simple php script that will use a proxy and hit a some rss feeds that are in a table in my mysql database. It will then populate a 2nd table with the title and a few other items in the feed. There is a little more to this where 1 field we need is called something different on different feeds but i have a solution for that where we could define it. Basically, I want the script to scan each feed in the table. thanks
