Hi, I have used the Google APIs before (not contacts though). I have had a look at the documentation and since for the contacts there is no PHP library I'll have to use CURL to make the requests. I have an understanding of how the authorization works so I'll just need to write up the function for creating the new contact. I estimate it will take around 5-8 hours. Best Regards, Anthony.
