Create order entry application for internal office use

We are a small shop in Fiji currently running our orders by paper. I want to create an online (local hosted) order entry system that could grow into more work. This system is a basic entry system with reporting and inventory control Main menu options -Enter Order --quick key sku/qty entry system with autocomplete/lookup -Edit/Lookup Order --ability to lookup orders and run reports -Customer Maintenance --add/edit/maintain customer information/notes -Reporting --need several reports for box counts, order summary, ect -Item Maintenance --add/ edit skus, control inventory, etc -System Maint --possible simple user login controls, database cleanup We get an order in excel via email. I want to be able to quickly key in the sku/product code and qty on a simple input screen. After the initial order is entered you can create several or all reports based on that entry. I would like to be able to batch or sort new orders for reports. So when we get 10 orders we can enter all 10 then run reports for those newly created orders. If we need to re run the user will have to go into the customers screen and find the order. We will be able to fully control the data via simple edit screens, modify customers, add skus, add inventory, edit orders etc. Inventory will be very small part of this for now and only used to be able to run reports of qty on hand vs qty ordered. We will need the ability to clear all inventory and re-input inventory but will not have it integrated to where inventory decreases when a customer order is inputted I have attached several screenshots of drawings that help show the flow of information and layout.
