Create or modify CSV export module for Jigoshop on Wordpress

We've got a website running Wordpress and Jigoshop for the shopping cart. We need to be able to export customer details and order details. Jigoshop sells a module specifically for this purpose: [login to view URL] However, the format it exports doesn't quite match what our accounting software needs. We use Acclivity AccountEdge 2015. So we either need to create something from scratch, or we could buy that module and modify it. Whichever is more efficient. Our accounting software requires all data for each individual item to be on a single line. Then each order needs to have an extra blank line between them, to separate them. You can see what our import files look like in the attachment. We are actually currently using tab-delimited to avoid problems with commas in addresses, etc. So probably it would be best to stick with that if possible. We need to be able to export orders by date, and also export all new orders since the last export.
