Create a Wordpress Theme from a PSD

Responsive Wordpress theme built from a provided PSD in a very short time frame. (The bulk of the theme needs to be ready to show to the client by 12:00 PM CST on Wednesday, 11/18, with the plan to be ready to load content by Friday). The site is for an event arena, and requires custom post types for events, including: Title of event Optional additional information (i.e. producer/sponsor/etc, but not so specific in the theme) Date(s) and Time(s) of event Custom URLs for ticket purchase (standard tickets as well as "VIP experience" tickets) A "hero" slider image for the home page (if indicated for use) A custom image for the specific event page (can be same image as "hero") A custom thumbnail for use on home page and event page list A place to add videos A place to add sponsor logos There is no need for a "calendar view" (as in the literal 12 months), but the events need to be available on the home page (4 thumbnails with links shown, with an option vo show all of the rest), as well as be grouped on their own "event page", in order of event. Expiration dates should allow the events to drop off and be archived. Front page needs instagram and twitter feeds, with a custom view.
