Create a Wordpress Template, Grid Display

Hello, I need a WordPress child theme for my comic website. Freelancers must have experience with Genesis Framework from StudioPress. Some requirement: 1. HTML 5, Grid display for homepage, tags, categories, search, etc... Display: Title, Featured Image only. Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content 2. Responsive design, dark theme with clear texts, block quote, images responsive on mobile/table but not on desktop. The theme will be integrated with Disqus comment, User Bookmarks ([login to view URL]), AddThis. The site host a lot of images which is heavily enough already so the theme itself must be lighting fast, avoid any PHP high process, use less resource from the server as much as possible. Note: The current website with contents for adult-only. Thank you.
