We need a very simple Wordpress theme. The theme consists of JUST 1 menu and a footer (screenshots attached). No page templates required. The user should be able to upload a picture that represents the logo (on the menu). The links and icons on the footer must obviously customizable through code by the admin. Requirements: 1. The quality of the code must be very high and the coder should follow accepted conventions and best practices. 2. Documentation is a must 3. Must be responsive 4. Must be mobile friendly 5. Must work on all major browsers (web and mobile) including Chrome, Safari and Firefox
