Create a Garment Tracking Program For Our Small Business

We need a program that will help us keep track of where our garments are in our production process as well as email customers to book them for appointments. Here's our process: Our customers book 1st Fitting with us. where they place an order. Their order will then take about 4-6 weeks to complete. After 4-6 weeks, we will receive a shipment of garments. Many customers will be apart of this shipment and we need to contact all of the customers to come in for a 2nd fitting. Most of the time, a customer will not book an appointment off of the initial email, so we'll need to be able to easily send them follow up emails. Then when they book their 2nd Fitting, they'll come in and we will pin & mark their garment. We drop off their garment with our tailor. Then, after about a week, the garment's alterations will be finished and we will need to contact the customer to come in for their 3rd Fitting. Again, customers usually don't respond to the first email, so we often have to follow up after 7 days. We need a way to automatically keep track of where garments are in our process: Order, Ready for 2nd Fitting, @ Tailor, Ready for 3rd Fitting, Completed.
