I need some type of code or script that could retrieve a file from a url and then download it to a location i can specify like dropbox, google drive etc. This needs to be automatically done every x hours that i could specify. I should be able to do this for a number of urls or locations.

Hey, There is a number of ways I could do this for you. You could either host it on your computer as a python script that ran and put it wherever you wanted OR what I think would work best is I could write a google app script that will be hosted in the cloud and will download your file to drive at an interval no more often than once a minute. Only limitation is there is a 10meg file limit. Let me know what you think.
