Build a Website

Project for our college,, it has three main categories. 1- admin panel 2- doctor panel 3- student panel we are done with admin panel , remaining doctor panel and student panel phase one is to finish the student panel using laravel .. based on the code and templates we are already using. 1- after login , the student must create a group with number of students that predefined on project settings by the admin, if he is a member of approved group then he can process to second step, if not he must create a group, after creating the group , a notification should be send to the selected students and they have to approve the request within 48 hours, if not the request will be canceled automatically. 2- if the student is a part of group then will get a list with approved projects " which is added and approved by the admin" 3-- and a notification the doctor who supervised the selected project 5- if the doctor approved and the selected student also approved... then the project will be not available to other students. and it will be assigned to the created group. 6- this process must be done within 48 hours , to approve the selected group from the students and doctor .. if not .. the project will be available once again .. instead of on hold status. 7- based on the report delivery dates and submitting dates on admin control settings .. the student will be notified. 8- another option can be available for the students is to add a new project .. not from the listed approved projects. 9- in this case , the admin will be notifed that a new projects has been added by a students group. 10 - if the admin approved , so he must assign the project to a doctor. and the student will be notified that their suggested project has been approved and they will start the normal process. 11- the process of project is to submit the report and upload the required files and each submitting must notify the project supervisor. ( the doctor )
