Reference site is decent. Lacks finishing touches. It only looks that good thanks to the images. Hope you have some strong images to support this site. We have a couple designs in mind. Would help if we could look at a few images meant for the site, whether or not what we have in mind would work. Of course, it would have to be fully responsive and cms based. Are you opposed to wordpress? We have designed high fashion websites on platforms like shopify and wordpress. We have also designed coporate and product websites. For yours we think either a wordpress or a custom php. We would recommend the former option as it makes changing images and contact information rather simple.
