Android app for an event

Hi, I have more than 3 yrs of experience in developing android application. Worked with Google Maps api for real time taxi services. Facebook, Twitter api integration is my expertise. I have been in software industry for more than 4 years and have good knowledge of JavaSe, JavaEe, MySQL, SQL, Android, PHP, VBA. Being new on freelancer I am bidding as low as possible but that does not mean that you have to compromise with work quality. I will offer best quality product with 100% client satisfaction. I have previously made apps for events and they were very nicely handling the absence of connectivity. Right now, I have 1-1.5 years Android development experience. First of all, I need more details as to what exactly is to be made and would like to have designs(if any) from the user. We can discuss the rest after the details.
