WHMCS / Freeagent sync plugin

We are looking for someone to write a plugin that will sync between Freeagent accounts software and WHMCS. The plugin will be WHMCS based and will sync; - Clients - Companies - Contacts - Products - Orders - Invoices - Recurring Invoices - Payments - Quotes/Estimates - Projects - Tasks - Timeslips Both Freeagent and WHMCS have documented API's as follows... Freeagent - [login to view URL] WHMCS - [login to view URL] In addition to the standard WHMCS installation, the plugin should also support the project management addon for WHMCS ([login to view URL]) which will sync with the project features of Freeagent, allowing the syncing of projects, tasks, and timeslips. The plugin will sync bi-directionally so that if a data entry is made or amended in either freeagent or WHMCS, it is available in both software in real time. The most recent version of the data item will be used in all cases. The plugin will also feature customisable parameters which can be changed via a user interface to allow the user to change username/password, etc. credentials via an easy to use interface. The plugin must also comply to the user ACL settings and preference settings of both systems. For example, no written code should overwrite any user preferences or allow users to perform tasks they wouldn't be able to perform according to their access rights.
