Live Chat Software (zopim/olark) and Backend (have working template for backend)

We need a live chat software for website visitors to connect live with sales and support reps. The software needs to include a client (visitor) and admin (sales/support rep) interface. We are looking for a compact live chat solution that is lite, effective and user friendly. Needs to be on-site and not popup based (see olark and zopim) ## Deliverables The purpose of the software is for website owners and/or their Sales and Support staff to manage live chat conversations with visitors with the end goal of increasing conversions, reduce shopping cart and sign up abandonnement and increase customer satisfaction. The basic application will allow customers (web merchants) to paste html snippets onto their website to engage site visitors.
