Full Time Programmer - Europe Only

Hello, I'm looking to hire a Part Time Programmer with a potential for full time after you have proven yourself. Only Europe based programmers will be considered for this position. If you are not located in Europe, please do not bid (you won’t be selected anyway, so save yourself a bid). I need a php/mysql expert that can work for me full time. We will start on a part time basis and once you prove you know your craft, you prove you're reliable, driven, dedicated and an honest expert – then I'll pay you on a full time basis. Daily communication is needed, so please have msn as well as skype and headset to discuss your daily tasks. You can reside anywhere in Europe, but must have a broadband internet connection. You will be mainly working on php, and mysql, with ocassional css issues (other programming languages will also be considered), but you should also be familiar with SEO. Great design and graphic skills also will be preferred, but in general you need to be a good coder. You got to be able to achieve anything with programming and have a great portfolio of your work to show. It doesn't matter who you are and where in Europe you live. If you are good, please bid. Your full time pay will grow only depending on your skills. You will also get performance bonuses - the better and faster you are, the more you earn. If I'm happy with your work you will also get share from net profits of the company. Please PM me with your experience and samples of your work with description of what was done on it. We will follow “work for hire” laws – all rights, title and interest will be transferred to my company and my company will take credit for all the work. You will not be able to use it in any of your portfolio or examples. My company will be the only institution with rights to add any of your work to their portfolio or to show it as samples.
