Flash RSS Weather Advertisement

Hello, I am trying to build a Flash-based RSS Weather Advertisement that will be similar in nature to: [login to view URL] It will need to display current conditions and a 5 day forecast like the page above. It will have to have a nice background and smooth clean design as well. Other Requirements: - RSS Data must be saved to the local computer - RSS Data will be generated via a SOAP request off of the National Weather Service's website: [login to view URL] - Icons will be purchased or created for all the weather conditions available - Advertisement must continue to run even if Internet is down. There are more requirements that will be mentioned later, but these are the major ones. Thanks, Chris
