Community based on Listing

I am looking for a developer who has excellent skills in * PHP * Mysql * Java A community will be development based on Listing/directory scripts, therefore it is great important that you have already good knowledge in this area. To this project there are 4 main area: 1) Members Page/ (Listing) with Invitations module 2) Activities (like chat, blog, foto album) 3) Analyst Modules Which will read and publish, number of members in each category, nationality, number of events etc... 4) Job posting module for Employer to add job to this community -> Directed to right targeted members PLEASE NOTE THAT, there is no need of developing it right from scratch. The main of this work will to customize and work on existing scripts and put it together!!!. You as Coder, MUST have complete understanding of Listing scripts works and great understanding of some of the open sources out there. The selected coder shall sign NDA before start! After the signed NDA, I will provide more information of chosen sources and structure of the project. To the selected "Coder" I will also offer 30USD/month for Active support of the developed site. = Long Term Cooperation! Project Plan: ------------------- Day1-Day3 Days of understanding the outline and project Mapping Day3-Day5- Going through the suggested sources Day6-Day7- project review and Architecture Day7 - Day14 - Project implementation Day14-Day17 - Testing of the new site Day18- Launching the new site Day18-Day20 - Celebrating the new site! 12month support of the site 30USD/month will also be offer to the Coder to support the site and further development/customization. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Linux PHP Mysql + some Java
