Thesis Theme Customization - RUSH

I am in urgent need of some help customizing a site built using Thesis. The site is up and running with Thesis installed - the design and site settings are configured. Where I need help is with customizing the top nav and footer using the [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] files. For now, I am only concerned with getting the home page to look like the psd - the interior pages will come later. Just getting the nav bar and footer to work is the top priority. For a Thesis expert this should take no more than and hour or two of work - bid low and deliver fast! PM me for a link to the installed site and to download the psd.
