PSD to Intense Wordpress & Directory site

I have 5 (five) .psds that I need turned into a worpdress website [ or, if it's easier to use something else mainly cause of the directory portion we can do just regular php, but I would like it to be wordpress). One of the pages is a "generic" look so any page I create after these pages will have this generic look. 2. This is basically a site where the specific 'one user' can do two things: 1. List their service for free 2. Buy a premium listing (and website) for a set price. (we have a form that needs to be filled out if they want the paid listing, and after the form is filled out, it will than be sent to the next page to see the price, select the button, and that will go to PayPal to make a payment) 2a. The other set of users will be able to search for a particular person, in a particular location and see their information. 3. You will need to find a plugin that is a listing website (directory); I bought this one: ([login to view URL]), and if we can integrate it that would be awesome. It needs to be linked up to the homepage as well. I want this to match the website so it needs to be pieced apart and working correctly. 4. There is a contact form that needs to be built (design done), and report a bug. This is stage 1 of 2. If this is good, we can do stage 2 with you.
