Modification of WPmudev Membership plugin

Hi have a membership site that will function in parallel in two ways : 1. Members from a partner company will login to the site using an API and will benefit from content that will be delivered using the Membership plugin . This part will work as the plugin was intended to work. 2. - My own members will register to the site and pay a monthly fee to the site admin using paypal. - Here comes the tricky part : I need the membership plugin to be modified ( yet still allow normal functionality as in point 1 ) in a way that will allow the building of a structure. * Members can invite friends using a referral link such as [login to view URL] * In order for a member to be activated he needs to pay afee to the admin ( monthly with paypal ) and a one time fee to the person who invited him. In order to pay this fee directly to the invited , the new referral will see payment details of the inviter ( The inviter needs to set these up in his account - payza,regular mail, egopay, skrill ) . Once the payment is accepted by the inviter, the inviter can press a button in his account to approve the new referral. Only then the referral will have access to the content ( delivered by the plugin ),referral link and to promo banners. * the invited persons in positions 2 and 6 of each member will be passed up the the inviter's upline. * We will be using the Affiliates plugin from WPmudev to allow a small affiliate fee from the monthly fees. * In the members area I need a way for the member to see the people he invited and are registered under him, and also the people who were passed up. He will be able to see the emails of those invited and are under him. Those that are passed up will only show username . * As admin need to see all members and who's under who and ability to move a member to a desired sponsor ( Manually ) Only apply if you have experience with plugin modifications.
