Home-page Redesign

My company, Ashbury SatCom, is a small business in the satellite-phone industry that operates different commercial websites in different regions of the world. One of the sites we have is www.satellitephones.co.uk. This is the site I want work done on. I'm quite happy with the content on the site as it is (we use wordpress to manage site content), but I'm not happy with the home page at all. I want the home page to look FAR MORE CLASSY than it is now. The menu system can do with a major overhaul too. As part of this home-page redesign, I also want to introduce some proper branding - we don't really have a corporate identity for the satellite phone business that we have running on [login to view URL], and this is a major hole in our marketing strategy. In terms of branding/corporate identity, basically what we do by selling satellite phones, is we connect colleagues with co-workers and families with loved ones - no mater what their geography. So our main target markets are travelers, adventurers and explorers. I need our website to connect with these people emotionally. I'd be very happy to receive proposals from qualified professionals to help us with this work. Similar work on our other websites may follow.
