Website Redesign/Web Site Crawler/Conversion of MS Access DB to MySQL

Looking for someone to redesign a site and web site crawl 3 sites to add products to the site. The person will be responsible for design and adding products. The site needs to be uniformed (i.e. images need to be the same size etc). A template to look at for the design I would like to consider is actionvillage AT com and drill down to the paintball section. From here you may click away and get the ideas I am looking for. The deliverables I am looking for are as follow ??" 1.) Redesign/Design website ( CMS is an option or any other ideas to help manage the site, more productive, deliver customers.) 2.) Web Site Crawl 3 Dealer sites to get products and add to the current website. It will be your responsibility to add the products to the correct categories. I will take care of prices. In the website crawl, it would be nice to be able to monitor these three dealer sites to monitor for new products/out of stock products/ or deleted products. 3.) Convert an Access DB to MySQL so both sites (currently have one site up and running) so that both sites may use MySQL for populating the sites. Current hosting provider is windows based. Do have phpadmin login, and as stated the backend is MySQL.
