Web based voice chat via SIP to Phoneline

Description: We need a web based voice chat panel, similar to the one shown in the datasheet^ ^[login to view URL] that can create a connection with a SIP server. The intension is to create a direct voice communication between a web user and a normal phone line. It would be best if the user did not have to install a plugin (eg, You must Install "*" to run a script on this page, click here if you trust this company e.t.c, or the latest windows coming up with the bar up the top disabling the script from running). We are thinking if at all possible it would be best done with ONLY PHP + Javascript/AJAX. But due to the limits of both scripting capabilities you may have to incorporate java + activex to interact with both the audio hardware and the SIP server. Requirements: *Must be able to integrate with PHP *Must be able to integrate with JavaScript *Must be server independant (Must work on all servers) *Must be browser independant (Must work on all browsers) *Must be cross-platform compatible (eg: Win/Mac/Linux) *Must be 100% stable, fully tested and no dead or blank areas *Must supply ALL documents and files relative to this project with no encryption or obfuscation *Must have full intrinsic documentation (Commenting as much programming as possible, your code will be pulled apart and modified and integrated into many different situations) ***** we will provide a sip account for testing. ***** graphic deisgn and look is not of highest importance as we intend to do further work on it. ***** stability and reliability is most important ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
