RSS Feed Generator from User Input and Upload to WebServer

The application should be in c#, .net or java, whatever can get the job done. Basically the application needs to have a user login that checks against a mysql database for approval. Once logged in, its just a simple design with a few text input fields, maybe a radio button or two and a browse for picture to be uploaded. After they hit generate, the program will generate an RSS compatible XML file based off our specifications and upload the file to the user's specified web server (and also upload the image if they selected one). The program should have error checking making sure all the fields are correctly entered, and should install to a specified folder on the users computer. The simpler the better for this application. Ease of use is key. No fancy graphics or anything, should just be clean. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) I have complete ownership of all code and work rendered. 3) It must have an installer to install to a specified directory. 4) Must meet the above descriptions requirements, including A) User Login, checking against a MySQL database located on the web. B) Once logged in presents user with a form to fill out including a image browsing / uploading tool. C) Error checks the forms to make sure all information is there and correct D) Generates XML file according to my specifications (given after bid is accepted) and then uploads the file and optional image if selected to a specified web server and directory, given the appropriate FTP information E) After submitting the form, should display a success page and clear the forms ## Platform All versions of Windows, MAC / Apple platforms and linux if possible.
